Guangzhou Pearl River Rubber Tyre Ltd. is a sino-foreign Joint Venture established in 1993 between Guangzhou GuangXiang Enterprise Group and Garham Assets Limited that lies in HuaDu district, Guangzhou city with an area of 270 thousand Square meters, and 1996 staffs, including 150 technical experts of tyres. Its principal activity is manufacturing and marketing of bias tyres. Its registered assets was USD 43 million, total investment was USD 60 million, among this 30% from sino-part, 70% from foreign part. The company is one of the important tyre manufacturing factory in China. In 1996, it was 256th of the TOP 500 of Chinese Industrial Enterprises (4th among the tyre manufacturing company), and was one of the TOP 50 of Guangzhou Industrial Enterprises, the company was the National Quality & Profitable Advance Enterprise.

In 1983, the company has the technology transferred with the major production line and inspection equipment from Dunlop(UK).
